Dee and Bella has been inspired by my 3 beautiful children.
After struggling to find one off pieces of children’s fashion and accessories for my children, I decided create Dee and Bella. The idea, to offer beautiful clothing and accessories for both girls and boys.
Our store offers a collection of gorgeous handpicked items at affordable prices.
Please note, our order and delivery proceedure takes approx 2-4 weeks. Please be aware of this before ordering.
How It Works
All orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post using as much recyclable packaging material as possible.
We aim to dispatch your items with 3-5 working days of receiving your order. Our standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks. If you have any issues, please contact email@example.com.
FREE Delivery on UK orders over £40.00.
UK deliveries over 750g - £3.50
Orders under 750g - £2.00
Our Returns Policy
Everything You Need to Know
Should you wish to return/exchange any part of your order, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods at firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number and name. Please explain to us why you would like to return/exchange your item(s) and if an item is faulty, please provide full details and images where possible.
Your item(s) should be returned with your original invoice/receipt within 14 days and in suitable packaging to limit damage in transit. We strongly advise that you use a signed for postal service/courier to return the item as we are unable to refund for any orders that get lost or damaged in the post. We ask that you keep your proof of posting documents until we confirm that we have received the item. Postage costs on returned items will be paid for by the customer and won't be eligible for a refund. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Dee and Bella and may only be offered as credit.
Once the item has been approved for return and received by us, we will exchange and/or refund the original payment (debit/credit card or Paypal) for the sum paid. If the item is to be exchanged, we would agree the shipping cost in advance before sending the new goods out in the post.
